I was able to make an appointment within a few days of my call, and Jim was on time, polite, and methodical. I had two bi-fold doors installed in a framed-in closet, replacing the original doors. When installing the doors, he accidentally chipped one of the new doors. He likely could have hidden the minor damage, but I appreciate that he told me, and fixed it. When he ran into difficulties getting the doors to line up properly, he gave me options and asked what I preferred. The job took about an hour longer than expected, but before he ran over time, he let me know that it was taking longer than expected and gave me the option to stop. I appreciate that he kept me updated on his progress. The closet looks exactly how I wanted it to - and I'm very pleased with this project! I will definitely use Ace Handyman Services Summit City again, and I will recommend them to my friends. I'm so glad I found this service!

Because of wonderfully old-fashioned customer service skills of the front office and professional/technical expertise of the handyman, I will definitely be using Ace Handyman Services for my future home repair/maintenance needs. Angela, who scheduled the work, was a dream to communicate with because of her excellent customer service skills. Ben, who performed the work, was technically competent, professional, punctual, and courteous. These days it's difficult to find any company that excels at customer service AND professional service, but Ace Handyman Services more than exceeded my expectations in both areas.

I made an appointment to see if the locking mechanism to my Pella casement window could be repaired. Before scheduling an appointment, Angela spoke with me about getting replacement parts beforehand to save me the time and expense of needing a second session. Unfortunately the Pella parts had been discontinued. I went ahead and had one of their craftsman show up to see if repairs could be made. He was on time and very personable. After spending 15 to 30 minutes evaluating the problem, he very honest in laying out the options. In the end, I opted not to attempt repair given that he felt I would likely need replacement parts that weren't available. We also discussed a shower remodeling project that I was planning. Since I had a very positive experience, I plan to use their services in the future and would recommend.

I had them repair a hole in my drywall ceiling, they were prompt, and professional. I was initially unhappy with the first repair. The first technician was 3 hours late arriving and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. The patch looked terrible and I requested that it be redone properly. The office was very accommodating and sent another technician out and the repair was done properly. He was very helpful and professional. He arrived when he said he would and was actually early. Very pleased with the results. Thanks again for your great service and support.

2 days after calling, Michael was here to install shower grab bars, I couldn't have gotten better service. The woman who scheduled the job was so friendly and efficient. Excellent, excellent work done...highly recommend
